Terms of Service

This is an overview of the terms + conditions of our store and website purchases.  By making a purchase of one of our products or services, you are agreeing to the policies below.

Shop Returns and Exchange Policy 

All shop purchases are eligible for return at the expense of the consumer in their original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.  Please email us at forwearesaltandlight@gmail.com to discuss returns and exchanges. 

International Orders

At this time, Salt + Light Meadows is not able to process and ship orders internationally.

Flower Subscription

PAYMENT

Once you fully sign up and pay for your flower subscription, you have secured your place for the season to receive flowers.  There are no refunds, either full or partial, for canceling your flower subscription once purchased.  

PICKING UP YOUR FLOWER BOUQUETS

Pickup times/specific locations will be emailed by Salt + Light Meadows.  It is your responsibility to pick up your flowers during the designated time period on the selected day.  If you are unable to pick your bouquet up, you will need to make arrangements for someone to pick it up for you. If you do not pick up the bouquet on the designated day within the designated time, you will forfeit the quality of freshness of your bouquet. 

Workshops and Events

Due to all materials being purchased ahead of time, all workshops are non-refundable.  Before signing up for a class, please check your schedule to make sure you are able to attend.  If by chance, you are unable to make the workshop, your ticket is transferable. It is your responsibility to arrange the ticket transfer and receive payment from the transferred party.  Please email us at forwearesaltandlight@gmail.com to notify us of any changes to your attendance!
